I recently damaged my windshield and sunroof glass. I contacted VanHerpt service and was referred to Flynn Auto Glass as they are a company familiar to them. Replacing the glass required reprogramming and as such involved coordination with both companies. From my first contact, booking an appointment, parts being ordered, dealing with insurance, to installation, all was done smoothly. Service such as I received is rare these days. This was not my first visit to Van Herpt Volvo and this level of service has been the norm.

They have now had my vehicle for over 3 months and I have no idea how long it will take to get the wire harness. They are the rudest and can’t answer questions or even return phone calls. I suspect that Volvo has them on their hopeless list and serves them last because they have been just as ignorant of their suppliers as they are with their customers. Great experience buying a CPO '23 XC60 Recharge through Van Herpt Automotive. First time dealing with Van Herpt Motors. Took a used XC60 in for service. Emmision problem was diagnosed guickly and repairs completed in timely fashion. Another issue was found with suspension when on hoist and also addressed. Staff were all very courteous and friendly. We discussed upcoming service work that would be required later due to mileage.
